Jesus is Born - The First Christmas

Jesus is Born

The very first  Christmas
In the town of Nazareth, there lived a lady named  Mary. She soon was going to be engaged to a carpenter named Joseph. One day an angel appeared at first Mary was frightened, the angel said “Don’t be afraid”, “I bring good news. God has chosen you to be the Mother of  his son”. Mary was amazed that what the angel told her, and said “ I am pleased to do what God wishes”.When the angel was gone Mary hurried to find joseph and tell him the wonderful news. And Angel also visited Joseph in a dream, good care of Mary muttered the angel. She is going to have a special baby, God’s son the angel spoke. Joseph was thrilled to hear this news and promised to take good care of Mary.

Joseph and Mary travelled to Bethlehem. Joseph saddled the donkey for Mary to ride, and they sat off for their journey. When joseph and Mary reached bethlehem, so many people also visiting the town. Joseph and Mary arrest that they could not find a place to spend the night. ”No no you cannot spend the night here” announced a grouchy inn keeper. But my wife is going to have a baby “ declared joseph. The inn keeper thought for a few moments, then said that they could spend the night in the stables. Joseph and Mary were happy to have a place to stay, even it was a stable filled with animals.

That wonderful night Jesus was born. Mary laid him in the manger on the soft hay. Out on the hills shepherds were watching their sheep. Angels appeared in the sky to tell them the amazing news of Jesus’s birth. When the Angels vanished the shepherds hurried to find the baby Jesus. They found him and their hearts were glad. Sometime later three wise men came in searching for jesus.“We have seen the star, it has guided us here. Three wise men brought wonderful gifts for Jesus. Gold, frankincense, myrrh. And that is the true story of the very first Christmas.
