Well I Wonder how to be Sun Smart ?
Well I’m going to explain how to be sun Smart.This is about being sun smart It is so we do not get skin cancer or get any other kind of skin damage from the sun.In Septmeber to April from 10am to 4pm that is the time of sun burn time,so it’s better to be out of the sun at those’s time.Because in those time the UV rays are high.





How to be Sun Smart
Being Sun Smart is important.You all need to be sun smart because Nearly 80% of lifetime sun exposure happens after the age of 18.So it’s important to sun portection a life long habit,Starting as young as possiable.



Portection
you need to be safe from the sun because it is important.This is what you need to wear while being in the sun at 10am till 4pm because so that you don’t get burned.One reason is that you have to be sunsmart is that it is nearly. The
scond reason is that at 10.am till 4.pm uv rays are high.These are what you could wear so that you would not get sunbruned.You coul wear hat,long sleeves,sunblock,sun glasss.Why do you need to be sun smart ? Well the answer is that from 10am till 4pm during September - April.And this is why you need to be sun smart Because in those times the Uv rays are at its strongest and it’s not good.






How can I be Sun smart ?  
Being Sunsmart is about covering up-with clothing,a broad-spectrum sunscreen,a hat, and sunglasses.Remamber to slip, slop, sap and wrap.This is about being sun smart It is so we do not get skin cancer or get any other kind of skin damage from the sun.In Septmeber to April from 10am to 4pm that is the time of sun burn time,so it’s better to be out of the sun at those’s time.Because in those time the UV rays are high.




SLIP
SLIP into a long-sleeved shirt and into the shade.Generally,Fabrics with tighter weave and darker colors will give you greater protection from the sun.There are also certain fabrics on the market that have a SPF rating.



Slop
Slop on plenty of broad- spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF30+ Apply Sunscreen at least 20 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours.

SLAP
SLAP on a hat with a wide-brim or a cap with flaps – more people get sunburned on their face and neck than any other part of the body.

WRAP
WRAP on a pair of wrap-around sunglasses – UV radiation is just as dangerous to eyesight as it is for the skin.
