What I did in the Weekend ?

Guess what we did in the weekend ? 
In the Weekend we had fun because me and my sisters also my mum we baked chocolate chip cookies.if you want to bake some you're in luck because I'm gonna tell you. 

This is what you'll need : 
125g butter 
1/2 cup Chelsea white sugar 
2 tablespoons chelsea golden syrup 
1 1/2 cups of flour 
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1/2 cup of chocolate chip 



Preheat the oven to 1808* C.
Cream the butter and sugar then beat in the golden syrup.Sift in the flour and baking powder then add the chocolate chips,mix well.Roll into the dough into balls and place on a large well- greased baking tray and press of biscuit with a fork.Bake for 9 minutes until golden.Then leave  the biscuits to cool on a wire tray.

How Do We Stay Safe in the Sun

Well I Wonder how to be Sun Smart ?

Well I’m going to explain how to be sun Smart.This is about being sun smart It is so we do not get skin cancer or get any other kind of skin damage from the sun.In Septmeber to April from 10am to 4pm that is the time of sun burn time,so it’s better to be out of the sun at those’s time.Because in those time the UV rays are high.

How to be Sun Smart

Being Sun Smart is important.You all need to be sun smart because Nearly 80% of lifetime sun exposure happens after the age of 18.So it’s important to sun portection a life long habit,Starting as young as possiable.

Portection

you need to be safe from the sun because it is important.This is what you need to wear while being in the sun at 10am till 4pm because so that you don’t get burned.One reason is that you have to be sunsmart is that it is nearly. The

scond reason is that at 10.am till 4.pm uv rays are high.These are what you could wear so that you would not get sunbruned.You coul wear hat,long sleeves,sunblock,sun glasss.Why do you need to be sun smart ? Well the answer is that from 10am till 4pm during September - April.And this is why you need to be sun smart Because in those times the Uv rays are at its strongest and it’s not good.

How can I be Sun smart ?  

Being Sunsmart is about covering up-with clothing,a broad-spectrum sunscreen,a hat, and sunglasses.Remamber to slip, slop, sap and wrap.This is about being sun smart It is so we do not get skin cancer or get any other kind of skin damage from the sun.In Septmeber to April from 10am to 4pm that is the time of sun burn time,so it’s better to be out of the sun at those’s time.Because in those time the UV rays are high.

SLIP

SLIP into a long-sleeved shirt and into the shade.Generally,Fabrics with tighter weave and darker colors will give you greater protection from the sun.There are also certain fabrics on the market that have a SPF rating.

Slop

Slop on plenty of broad- spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF30+ Apply Sunscreen at least 20 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours.

SLAP

SLAP on a hat with a wide-brim or a cap with flaps – more people get sunburned on their face and neck than any other part of the body.

WRAP

WRAP on a pair of wrap-around sunglasses – UV radiation is just as dangerous to eyesight as it is for the skin.

Holiday highlight

On Sunday,Me and my family and also my favorite Nana who just came from fiji last week.Me and my whole family went to the movies,we had some snacks.It was really really fun because it was a kids movie.We watchewd a english movie,it was so fun the movie was called Fire and rescue.We had a deliucious time.We also had some snacks like some popcorn,drinks,lollies and M&M.Including the drinks were cloa acola and my wonderful Nana who was sitting next to me and my sister had some diet cola. Afterwards we had lollies and M&M that was so delicious.In the Middle of the Movie there was a moment when dusty went to a training center,the center was a fire fighter training center where planes and helicopters go to become a firefighter and next to the center was a hotel and the hotel got on fire and they had to get what there.And then dusty and one helicopter fighted the fire but the fire got out of control and then they had to take cover in a old minded.And when they came out of the old minded the whole forest was burned up.Afterwards At the ending Dusty become a firefighter.Likewise For next time I’

We went to the hoyts

On Friday, Me and my family and also my Nana who has just came from fiji last week.Me and my whole Family went to the movies,we had some snack.It was really really fun because it was a comedy and Action.We watched a hindi movie, it was so funny the movie was called bang bang! We had fun, because it was so funny that we all had sore tummies from laughing.then in the film we had some popcorn,drinks,the drinks were cola alcoa and my nana had diet cola cola.Afterwards we had lollies and M&M.It was so Delicious.In the middle of the movie was the funny momments. The funny moments are when the man had keeped shooting the bad guys.it was really really funny and I said to my Nana "Everybody had  laughing fart".The Movie was about a named jai he stole a diamond called the royal.And there was a man who wanted the royal.And he wanted it he wanted a billion dollar diamond.In the End part of the movie it was so funny.Because they all jumped out of a plane that was on fire and then There was bad  man,then the man suddenly turned on fire.And for next time when we go to the movie that we would have our seats in line d and we would have our seats in the some line.We would have some ice cream and some drinks.
